Together with co-owner Dana Tough, he has propelled their restaurant, Spur, onto Food & Wine's " most outstanding, must-visit restaurants in the world" and Conde Nast Traveler's Hot List of the world's best restaurants. Their cocktail, bar Tavern Law, was named by one of the 25 Best Bars in America by GQ Magazine. It has also been mentioned in Details, the New York Times, Food & Wine, and Gourmet.
