Born in San Jose and raised in Oklahoma, Eve spent five years in France working in Michelin-starred restaurants such as Joël Robuchon's l'Atelier in Paris, Alain Ducasse's le Relais du Parc, and two years under Fauchon executive chef Christophe Adam. After relocating to Portland 5 years ago, Eve worked at Castagna before opening Trifecta Tavern and Bakery. She has also created Sage Hen, a monthly dessert series that explores recipes drawn from america's earliest cookbooks. Eve's focus is on creating moments that are unique, inspired, localistic, and above all, delicious.
