Matt redefines the modern steakhouse by emphasizing sustainable ingredients and simple preparations as Executive Chef of Urban Farmer. After graduating from CIA’s Hyde Park campus in 1997, he worked with Bradley Ogden and the Lark Creek Restaurant Group, quickly becoming Executive Chef at The Lark Creek Inn. After honing his skills across the country, Portland united his love of local ingredients with his affinity for urban environments. He takes pride in maintaining excellent relationships with farmers and growers.
